Just noticed today that Ash has got a weird growth on his chin, kind of like two spots next to each other, pinky in colour with dark spots and rough to touch. It doesn't seem to hurt him and will let us touch it.

We are taking him the vets tonight.

Any ideas?

Been the vets and she thinks he might have rubbed it and it's scabbed over. We have to keep an eye on it over the next week or so and if it gets biiger then it will have to be taken off.

Foggy had one on the side of his cheek, it was just like a little lump that used to get hard every now and then. Totally harmless.

Glad it's nothing too sinister.

Bob was gutted he missed Ash at the show....it was Ash who made his mind up last year that we would have an Akita, he fell for him big time LOL
